- Time: 5.00 PM - 8.00 PM
- Departs Mariners Cove, Shop 20, 60 SeaWorld Dr, Main Beach QLD 4217*
- Dress code: smart casual attire
* Please ensure you are at the YOT docking location at 4:00 PM. Guests can start boarding from 4:15 PM.
* Boat will be leaving at 5 pm

House keeping rules:
- Smoking rule: Your charter has been approved for VAPING ONLY on the back deck of the vessel. Smoking of cigarettes is NOT allowed on board. Anyone caught smoking cigarettes will be removed from the vessel.
- Thongs are not permitted to be worn on board for safety reasons.
- Given that YOT Club is fully licensed, they do NOT cater to BYO. For payments over the bar, they accept card ONLY.
- Drinking package: Arrival drink included, bar will be open from 5.15 PM - 7.15 PM. After that, guests can pay on own.
- Strictly not jumping off the vessel. This will result in the immediate ending of the charter and possible fine
- The crew is committed to providing the best possible service under the conditions of our liquor license. There is a zero tolerance policy for any staff abuse. 6. Failure to comply with any directions from the Master of the vessel or crew may result in the charter ending prematurely
- All guests are to be responsible for their own belongings.
IMPORTANT:
Guests must be 18 years and over to attend. You must have a valid ID with you, photos or copies of ID will not be accepted. Acceptable forms of ID required:
• A current Australian drivers license
• An Australian or foreign passport
• An Australian 18+ Card
!! Please note that foreign driver licences will NOT be accepted !!
TICKETS:
- $39+ booking fee for GCAP members
- $59 + booking fee for Non-GCAP members
Ticket terms and conditions:
- Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date.
- Name changes are not permitted. If tickets are sold out, please join the waitlist for an opportunity to receive a ticket.
- If you are late and miss the boat, you will not receive a refund.
This event is for persons aged 18+ only. Underage or unduly intoxicated persons will be refused entry to the GCAP YOT Party regardless of tickets being pre-purchased.
By purchasing a ticket to this event you consent to the following:
- The Student Guild and the Gold Coast Association of Postgraduates, its employees or agents photographing/filming you and using an image of you the way Student Guild and Gold Coast Association of Postgraduates thinks fit in its absolute discretion to promote the Student Guild and Gold Coast Association of Postgraduates and its events or activities.
- All rights to the image are that of the Student Guild and Gold Coast Association of Postgraduates.
- Release the Student Guild and Gold Coast Association of Postgraduates from any claim by you, or on your behalf, arising out of the Student Guild and Gold Coast Association of Postgraduates’ use of any photograph/video of you.
